Welcome to Phoenix Psychotherapy

My name is Wioleta Michalska and I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (member of BACP – British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and NCPS – National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).

Integrative Psychotherapy is a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Attachment and Person Centred therapeutic approaches.

I am also specialised in Inner Child Therapy which is about healing and nurturing the vulnerable and often wounded part of us – the child we once were. I work intuitively, using a holistic approach, working with body, mind and soul. In my practice with clients, I often use mindfulness, guided meditations and grounding techniques.

I offer online and face-to-face therapy (based in Dronfield, UK). I work with adults and teenagers and have experience with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, domestic violence, low self-esteem, ADHD, inner criticism, lack of self-acceptance and more. As a mental health professional, I am under regular supervision.  If you need support please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Online Therapy

Psychotherapy could be delivered online with the same effects as face-to-face. It is convenient, as you can have therapy sessions from your home.

Online therapy session is a 1h video call through Skype, WhatsApp or Google Meet, whichever you prefer.

The cost of one session is £70 paid upfront when booking an appointment. 

There is no obligation in terms of frequency of the sessions, however I recommend attending therapy weekly or fortnightly, depending on your circumstances and individual needs.

Face-to-face Therapy

Face-to-face therapy session is a 1 hour  meeting in a safe and confidential space. My therapy room is based in the heart of Dronfield (between Sheffield and Chesterfield) with a train station close by. During the session I offer my full attention, attitude full of compassion and hold a space for your therapeutic process. I will help you to understand, accept and heal yourself. 

The cost of one session is £70 paid upfront when booking an appointment.
